Joe let us know that he has a thing for the Rocky Mountains. Technically, Pendleton, Oregon, is a bit to the west of that range, but the effort is there. Joseph did request no hats with flat brims, but we’re hoping he can take care of this one with a coffee mug.  Read the full letter below.

Hi Joseph,

Thanks for subscribing to Comma, the Vintage Menswear Subscription Service. Here’s what you get:

Pendleton Flannel: We don’t come across these too often, so while I know it’s not exactly summerwear, I wanted to send it your way now. This one features their famous wool fabric cut into a classic dress shirt shape: Point collar, single chest pocket, and shirt-tail hem. 100% virgin wool and made in the USA.

Middle Fork River T-Shirt: I’ve only been white-water rafting a few times in my life, but never in the mountain west. I regret not getting a t-shirt when I could. Based on the tag, this dates from the 1980s. It features a single color graphic on a pink t-shirt. It’s a 50-50 blend and manufactured with single-stitch construction. Made in the USA.

Corduroy Hat: The brim here is only a bit flat because I believe this hat to be darn near brand new. Features a bugling elk and the name of what I imagine is a small country store in Colorado. Six-panel construction with rope across the brim seam. I hope that this along with the rest of the items meets your interest for the Rockies and similar places.
